The sky above Snowstar was beautiful ice blue. It was a cloudless day, and the temperature had decreased to -30 Celcius. It was freezing cold, but for residents of Snowstar, it was an ordinary winter day.

The cars continued roaming on the roads while pedestrians stopped to look at nearby shop windows. They saw a TV screen showing News that had been broadcasted hundreds of times past three weeks.

As the sirens reverberated throughout Snowstar, the Hospital was eerily quiet. The hallways were relatively empty, with all nurses and doctors looking exhausted. It felt like they were held at gunpoint, and a single mistake would cost them their life.

Then, he saw the mechanical clock that kept ticking clockwise. It also showed the current date.

The suite ’s door opened, and a beautiful nurse came with hair tied in a ponytail and a clipboard in her right hand. She was curiously checking the notes when she heard the unnatural beeping sound. It came from a machine connected to the patient ’s heartbeat.

She lifted her head and saw pair of beautiful gray eyes gazing at her. Her eyes widened, and she accidentally dropped the clipboard.
