Somewhere in one of North Huans secret labs, scientists huddled together watching their new creation finally complete. They were fully convinced that this would guarantee victory for their side in the war.

Footsteps echoed through the place, a man in military uniform approached carefully the huddle of men and positioned himself next to the head of the laboratory. ”Is ready? ”

The scientist bowed to the person who was now beside him.

It was none other than the Major General.

That man was so important that his presence only demonstrated how important the weapon was and how urgent it was for it to be finally ready for use.

”Yes, we managed to finish before the next shipment of loads. ”

The man smiled.

There was a huge relief in his heart, they had some chance of winning the war.

The man gently touched the scientists shoulder and smiled in his direction. ”Great, make sure this is inside the bombs within the next 24 hours. ”

”Yes sir. ”

The general finally turned his back and left the laboratory.

The next step was transport and delivery without compromising the operation.

Not far from the labs were several men smoking while they waited for their bosses to send out the orders of the day.

They were in charge of the trucks and the difficult task of transporting all sorts of things needed in a road war.

Mostly weapons.

Two men in particular were talking to each other about the progress of the war.

There were a lot of rumors and false information, after all who should they believe?!

They could hear on international radio that the war was lost, but the rulers always asserted without any reluctance that it was only a matter of time before the enemies finally declared surrender.

”Did you hear about it? ”

The young man breathed gray smoke from his lungs as he spoke to his superior.

An older, more experienced man who had followed the war through its decade-long drag.

The man stared into the boys face hidden in the gray fog. ”What? ”

”They
e saying we
e losing the war… ”

The man laughed a loud, impossible laugh. Right?! ”Lies, we are destroying them… Don say certain nonsense out loud, theyll even think you
e a spy. ”

The boy laughed contemptuously. ”Of course not… Well, Im coming. ”

He got up and dropped the small cigarette on the floor and then tried to step on it.

He glanced at his wristwatch, it was his time to leave.

The man also looked at his watch and smiled satisfied, the boy was really punctual. ”Are you going to get the load? ”

”Yea. ”

The old man stood up and greeted the young man with a strong handshake.

After all, every trip was a farewell.

Everyone knew that bombings could happen anytime and anywhere, the only thing they could do is be mentally prepared for the end. ”From what I understand they are new missiles. ”

The old man smiled and the young man smiled in agreement. ”Well, lets get this shit over with. ”

With firm steps he walked to his truck and then started it.

The truth was that he was a spy for Martan undercover in the cargo shipment and his function was quite simple. Send messages about what was being transported and sabotage the loads.

He accelerated his truck so he could find the agreed place to send the message.

It was a cold and silent night, he needed to be quick and avoid any suspicion.

A small metal box would be hidden between bushes and dirt, it would be there where he would leave his message and then follow the path on the road.

He slowed the truck, got out of the car and bent down looking for the small box and when he finally found it he turned around with his back to the road. He quickly put in a small piece of paper and hid it again.

He looked around, making sure no one was watching his steps and gestures, then started the car again and was on his way.

$S!LOR*1#$

New bomb, destination: general.

The messages were coded and pre-established according to the day of the week and time, after he left the message someone would be in charge of taking it to another person and place.

It was essential that the spies not know each other or even share their routes, it was risky and could compromise the entire mission.

The young man smoked his cigarette knowing that his mission was just beginning.

It didn take much more than an hour for him to finally make it to the lab where he would pick up the load.

A soldier approached and took the drivers documents for the routine inspection. ”Something strange on the road? ”

He pretended to be thoughtful and then nodded in the negative. ”Anything. I also saw no trace of enemies. ”

The man nodded in relief and then looked at his watch, the boy had arrived ten minutes early. Really fast.

It didn take long for the truck to start being crammed with common explosives and new ones that would finally be tested on the battlefield.

”Fine, unload in Shed 6A thats where the missiles are being placed… They
e calling it the black fox, looks like its going to turn the enemy army into coal in no time. ”

The man spoke in a whisper, but despite his low voice he seemed genuinely satisfied with all the weaponry.

”Right. ”

The boy took one last look and the truck was really full. He sighed worriedly.

But then he tried to ignore those thoughts, he should go along with the plan.

He started the truck and was on his way, what would happen from there was not part of his job. He should just hand it over.

The young mans destination was a road that was being used as a take-off and landing strip for cargo planes and for weapons supplies.

He couldn arouse suspicion, so he slowed down to the speed he usually drove. When a truck was filled with explosives, there was a protocol in place to prevent possible damage or accidental explosions that primarily involved safe driving.

A few kilometers away it was already possible to see huge planes just waiting to be refueled.

Shed 6A was one of the first to be seen and without delay the boy parked in the right place and a crowd of soldiers began to remove the load. He wouldn even get out of the truck, he would wait just a few minutes and then he would be heading to his next destination.

Some soldiers looked at the strange boxes and a feeling of excitement consumed them, news in a war was always a good sign.

They watched the truck drive away quickly, not caring where it went or what it did.

A girl dressed in military clothes was one of several who carried the countless boxes with the several kilos of explosives.

Her function was quite simple: Sabotage and destroy without attracting attention to herself.

Another one of the complete web of infiltrated spies.

She thoughtfully followed others and imitated them minutely, standing out as one of the most efficient at work.

But no one could even dream that while everyone slept she was looking for ways to destroy all that ammunition. It was a truly risky role and she was exposed to a possible explosion and even being caught in the act.

The day finally gave its first sketches and even sleepy had to start the days preparations, a surprise attack would be carried out in a few hours.

”Soldiers remain at your posts, we will start loading the new missiles, follow the protocols as sent to us. ”

”Right. ”
