Leonard Diavolo Hills, or known as Leonard Hills, was born in a village on Miller Island, a small remote village called Timeo Village. Leo has two friends, Zeo and Steve. They have been friends for a long time. Zeo has the power of wind, modifying air, and controlling plants. While Steve has quite special powers from his father who can modify goods and his mother who can stop time even for a moment, then Steve is born who can modify time. But not only that, Steve also has the power of magma and rocks. They have been friends since Leo saved Zeo and Steve from robbers who wanted to kidnap them. The two boys are the children of parents who are considered criminals by the government. Whereas Zeo and Steves parents are scientists and historians, respectively. No one knows what caused their parents to be chased by the government, which in the end Zeo and Steve were placed in Timeo Village.

They had never known each other before, but the odd thing was they had the same middle name, Leonard Diavolo Hills, Zereo Diavolo James, and Steven Diavolo Willson. They don know what their names mean but since knowing they have the same middle name, the three of them agreed to be good friends and help each other.
