Lian Ze glanced at Lian Fang Zhou.
If it hadn’t been for Madam Zhao overhearing and warning their family, if it wasn’t for Lian Fang Zhou deciding to attack early instead of waiting to catch them in the act, he really didn’t know what the consequences would have been!

Lian Fang Zhou’s eyes were cold.

After about two quarters of an hour later, there was the muffled sound of speaking and heavy footsteps at the door.
Er Gou Zi led in three people.

Though the light was on in his house, none of his comrades were suspicious until they entered the room and saw Lian Fang Zhou and Lian Ze standing quietly inside.
Immediately the faces of all three gangsters turned colors.

They stared at them, stunned.

They were so surprised that none of them could react and could only stand there stupidly.

Seeing this, Er Gou Zi privately cursed and took a step back.

“I know everything.” Lian Fang Zhou said lightly, glancing at the three of them.
“I know Young Lady Zhao has offered you two taels each to help her.
I wonder if she gave you a deposit?”

Not only the three newcomers, even Er Gou Zi was surprised.
The four of them stared at her with their eyes wide, making them look a bit silly.

“Well, are you not going to answer her?” Ah Jian asked from the door, closing it calmly behind him.
