Forms Of Payment

Custom made / made to order chandeliers ship within 8 to 12 weeks. Most of our products are shipped by UPS ground service. Large chandeliers are shipped by freight companies. When you receive your merchandise, please examine the packaging thoroughly. All delivery and shipping information is approximate. Our company is not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs delays, Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other factors that may cause delays in shipments and delivery. Free shipping applies to 48 contiguous states ONLY.
Returns
We insist on exceptional quality, value and service. We guarantee every item will give you complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for full refund of purchase price or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees based on the brand names. Please call to inquire or visit the product’s page for return policy information for that specific item. Return goods must be UNINSTALLED and come in their original packing. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective merchandise. All returns must have a RGA confirmation number from our customer service before an item is returned.

All of our chandeliers are pre-wired for your convenience. Most chandeliers’ frames are shipped out semi assembled. Some smaller size frames consist of 3 or 4 separate pieces which require some assembly time. Assembly times vary from model to model. Smaller size (up to 16" width) frames shipped fully assembled and crystals are packed separately. Larger size frames (20" Width and up) are also shipped out semi-assembled. Frames and crystals are packed separately for safe and secure delivery. Please call our customer service for required time for assembly.
