Product Warranty
By shopping here, you acknowledge and agree that GOLDEN AGE provides no warranty that the products sold herein will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. By shopping here, you agree to purchase this product subject to the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Please refer to the product label (located on the carton or contact the manufacturer directly) to outline your model’s warranty terms and period provided by the manufacturer. The original consumer purchaser must notify the manufacturer directly in writing of any defect covered by any applicable warranty at the address provided by the manufacturer. By shopping here, you acknowledge that any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited to that provided directly by the manufacturer, if any, and is limited in duration to the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Forms Of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Debit cards issued by MasterCard or Visa are also accepted. We do not accept CODs or cash payments unless merchandise is picked up in person. Wired funds, and money orders are accepted but they may cause a delay in delivery until funds are verified with the issuing bank.

Credit Card Charges
Our company will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card immediately following the point of purchase online or over the phone. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified right away and asked to make corrections. When we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and funds will be transferred securely to our company.

Amount of Credit Card Charges
When you place your order online or over the phone, you will be presented with the price of the merchandise as well as any service, shipping, or sales tax charges that are applicable. You will be charged sales tax if your order is being delivered to Florida. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. For this reason, you must make sure that your e-mail address is typed correctly. This e-mail will include a link to our web page where you will be able to view an itemized list of all the charges associated with your order along with a printable invoice for your records.

In stock items are shipped within 1-15 days after receiving confirmation depending on the brand name or manufacturer. For more accurate delivery and shipping date please contact our sales department.
Custom made / made to order chandeliers ship within 8 to 12 weeks. Most of our products are shipped by UPS ground service. Large chandeliers are shipped by freight companies. When you receive your merchandise, please examine the packaging thoroughly. All delivery and shipping information is approximate. Our company is not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs delays, Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other factors that may cause delays in shipments and delivery. Free shipping applies to 48 contiguous states ONLY.
Returns
We insist on exceptional quality, value and service. We guarantee every item will give you complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for full refund of purchase price or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. Some manufacturers charge restocking fees based on the brand names. Please call to inquire or visit the product’s page for return policy information for that specific item. Return goods must be UNINSTALLED and come in their original packing. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective merchandise. All returns must have a RGA confirmation number from our customer service before an item is returned.

Absolutely NO returns or exchanges on CUSTOM made / MADE TO ORDER chandeliers/FIXTURES, AND Murano Glass chandeliers. Any and All deposits made towards custom chandelier / lighting fixture orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Cancellation
Custom chandeliers, made to order CHANDELIERS / FIXTURES / LAMPS with a different size, finish or crystal option can not be cancelled after confirmation.
Packing & Crating
Crystal chandelier is one of the most difficult item to ship long distance. Every chandelier is individually packed for safe and secure delivery to your location.

Is assembly required?
All of our chandeliers are pre-wired for your convenience. Most chandeliers’ frames are shipped out semi assembled. Some smaller size frames consist of 3 or 4 separate pieces which require some assembly time. Assembly times vary from model to model. Smaller size (up to 16" width) frames shipped fully assembled and crystals are packed separately. Larger size frames (20" Width and up) are also shipped out semi-assembled. Frames and crystals are packed separately for safe and secure delivery. Please call our customer service for required time for assembly.
