Hand-cut crystal
Our hand-cut crystal is cut by hand in two stages on an iron and then a sandstone wheel. Each crystal is then polished on a wood wheel with marble dust. These methods go back centuries. If you look closely you will notice faint traces of the wood-wheel attesting to the concentrated labor of the artisan. This is a mark of authenticity. Each piece is a unique and original masterpiece.
30% Full Lead Crystal (-30)
MC=Machine Cut and polished 30% full lead crystal. This type of crystal has at least 30 per cent lead content which gives it color refraction and beautiful sparkle. This grade is the highest grade available in crystal. Crystal can only have upto 35% lead content. STRASS Swarovski Crystal (-30)
Swarovski Strass is manufactured by Swarovski A.G. in Austria, Europe. It is a precision-cut lead crystal. Lead oxide content is at least 30%. Crystal can consist of up to 35% lead, at which point it has the most sparkle. The higher lead content also makes it much more difficult to form crystal during manufacturing. This type of crystal is also machine cut and polished.
