Chandelier is just as pictured. Very beautiful. Customer service is great - very responsive to my questions. Takes a while to figure out where to hang all the crystals...instructions very general. But I think I would have the same problem had I bought any other such eleborate crystal chandeliers. Sugguest getting someone with experience installing chandeliers to help you do this.
